Call for Posters: “Digital Plato” final meeting

On 14 and 15 May 2019, an international conference will take place as part of the "Digital Plato" project funded by the Volkswagen Foundation as part of the "Off the beaten track" funding line. The event will take place at Schloss Herrenhausen in Hanover (Germany).

Within the conference, a poster section is planned in which 5-10 young scientists can participate, who work with methods for the digital analysis and evaluation of ancient Greek and Latin texts. Contributions from the field of information science and corpus linguistics concerning classics are also welcome to apply!

Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the Volkswagen Foundation. Please send your application with an abstract (max. 500 words) to by October 1, 2018.
